The Corporate Services Department of the City of Stratford (“City”) is moving towards paperless options for property owners and customers (“customers”) to receive tax bills, accounts receivable invoices and related correspondence by e-mail. This electronic service (“eSend”) will allow customers to save and retrieve documents electronically wherever they have access to email.

Please note that by taking advantage of this document delivery option, your billing cycle, due dates, and payment methods remain the same.
By submitting this form, I hereby authorize The Corporation of the City of Stratford to electronically send relevant documents to the email address listed above and acknowledge that paper copies will not be produced or mailed unless I specifically request them. I acknowledge that if paper or mailed copies are required, I may be charged a fee. Registering for eSend authorizes me as the sole contact for account inquiries via email. It is my responsibility to inform the City of any email address changes, or termination of this service, in writing. I understand that failure to receive a bill does not excuse me from the responsibility of payment of property taxes or other amounts owing, nor relieve me from the liability for late payments.
By submitting this form, I confirm that I am authorized to act on behalf of the Customer ID named above and to receive municipal property tax and finance notices related to the Customer ID listed. The City reserves the right to request written authorization or additional documentation to verify access rights, if necessary.
